Chef Michael Qandah brings new creativity and warmth to Red Oak Steakhouse, blending Southern roots with modern culinary artistry. Raised in the kitchen of his family’s Little Rock BBQ restaurant, Smokey Joe’s, he draws inspiration from art, music, and the people he loves. Guests can experience his signature approach in dishes like the Fresh Caught Canadian Halibut, Duck Breast with Honey Lavender Glaze, and Truffle-Infused Potato Purée.
